Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
We aim for fully paid orders to have a 24 - 48 hour turnaround time of receiving, packaging and posting your order. If for some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to post your order within this time frame, you be notified by email.
Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays AEST.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post delivery for all orders. Items posted will NOT be registered. Registration of the item will incur an extra AUS$3.50. Please contact us to arrange this.
Estimated delivery times are 3 - 10 days. For suburbs and regional areas, add a day or two accordingly, depending on distance from CBD.
Standard Australia Post Air Mail
We use Australia Post Airmail for all items to save on postage costs. Australia Post's Airmail is NOT a registered service. This service cannot be tracked. This service is not insured. Whilst this service is very reliable, we cannot provide tracking updates. However, you can purchase tracking for extra. Contact us and we can arrange the appropriate shipping.
Australia Post Pack and Track International
We use Australia Post Pack and Track International service if you wish for your item to be tracked. Please contact me to arrange this agreement. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 - 10 working days. This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel.
Returns and Refunds
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once the item leaves our store. Damaged parcels should be reported to Australia Post who will provide a claim form upon request. Refunds will not be given for a 'change of mind'. However, if the item is not up to standards, a refund will be able to be issued
